Then I saw all that God had done. No one can comprehend what goes on under the sun. Despite all his efforts to search it out, man cannot discover it meaning. Even if a wise man claims he knows, he cannot really comprehend it.
Eccl 8:17
It started on Tuesday, April 7th 2009. I went in for my Down's test. No worries. I didn't even tell Steve that I had an appointment. I brought Emma Grace for the first time ever with me to a doctor's visit. Even though I was at 13 weeks, I wanted Emma Grace to ask the ultrasound lady what the sex might be. However, I KNEW he was a boy!

That's where it began... the roller coaster of feelings. The thoughts of having a Down's Baby, Turner's Baby to a
Trisomy 18 baby (click for more information).... completely backed into a corner and having to competely surrender to God.

God grant me the serenity to accept
the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.
